aaaarrrggghhh i have a document on my print queue and can't delete it. can someone please help?

leave it, sometimes it can take a while especially with large documents.

Absoulutely correct.

You should just leave it, once your press cancel/delete it'll do it for you just not on the dot because other things may be pending, it just takes a while
