so how come my games jump? and then i giv to shots away?

cos your mouse takes ages before your computer responds to it, if you know what i mean!

Mine tends to not lag when I've just got MSN, windows media player and internet explorer up. The only time it lags is if someone invites me in a big convo on MSN or I've got flash open. If you're lagging alot you should close a few programs that you have running.

yep, it's to do with the RAM etc. IF your pc is using up too much ram it can cause the hardware (such as mouse) to not respond quickly.

You could just buy some more RAM if it's causing that much of a problem.

1024 (this is unlikely if u r lagging)

RAM stands for random-access memory, as in the temporary memory the computer uses for unsaved data (if there's a power cut or you turn off your machine, this data is lost!)
