I got a new ISP and now i keep lagging and disconnecting from funkypool and some other websites!
web pages are very slow... and some can be very fast.
Downloads are very slow too..
ive ran a few virus scans and spywear. found nothing. so is there any way it can stop without changeing ISP?

It could be your machine in general.

I'm no expert but maybe trying chkdsk.exe in the run program on the start menu, doing a disk defragmentor and a disk cleanup.

Try that, see if it helps.

Am i right in assuming these problems only started when you changed ISP?

I'll be honest, if they did, then it really does sound like you got an unreliable provider.

May i ask who you were with, and who you're with now?

(they may have been having problems)

Also have you changed to a wireless network with a different modem?

As far as mr_mcquiston's suggestions it may be useful to run those programs to simply ensure your computer is at its peek performance.

At what speed is your ISP providing?

Yes spinner its from the time i changed my ISP also i dont think they are having problems!! wish they was..

My ISP is by TalkTalk, i was with homecall.

Hi dark, i havnt changed to a wireless network, not to sure on my ISP speed is.

Sky broadband is the future. Cheap too. Very reliable. (I switch mine like every 4 months) Sky is the best I've had in a while.
