My computer "exploded" 2 weeks ago
and now that everythig is back to normal (formatted the hard drives and installed windows xp again), the speakers are not working anymore... like the driver is not working correctly or installed.

Can you help me to fix that?

Are the speakers built into the monitor?
If yes, that will explain the explosion...and how they no longer work!

Well first stage of checking is to take some headphones and try the sound through them, to make sure its not your speakers.

As for the hardware/drivers - right click "my computer", select properties, then the hardware tab, then click the "device manager" button.

Scroll down to "Sound, Video and Game controllers" and check there to see if your sound card is listed.

When you find it, right click and select properties again, then you have a window with a troubleshoot option.

Just take it from there!

Stupid suggestion one. They aren't muted in the system tray are they?
Not insulting your intelligence, but I do know one or two people that didn't even check that before ripping into it.
Otherwise, follow spinner.
