This is one mess.

I uninstalled it and re-booted the computer the "Found new hardware wizard" came up but it just said "It is recommended you connect to the internet so that the wizard can search online and look for the appropriate software"

I clicked yes and it searched for about half a second (literally) so I didn't get to read if it said what drivers it needs.

I noticed you had a speedtouch modem there, so the chances are you wern't connected to the net, which will explain why it didnt find anything.

No worries though. Try right clicking the device now, whilst online, selecting properties, then the "driver" tab, and selecting "update driver"

See how that goes!

Nah, I was connected to the internet. I made 100% sure I was cause the last time I thought that might have been a problem.

But I'll try it again anyway...

It didn't ask to search for the drivers online this time...

I'm fairly sure they will be correct, but it wont hurt anything if they dont work..

Turns out I had already downloaded that a couple of days ao.

It didn't work the last time but I will see if it works this time...
