Opera can be used on all common operating systems.

I use IE7, and Opera to test things, but avoid firefox and safari like the plague!

Firefox for me.
IE kept crashing on me and I don't really have the patience to fix it anymore.

Opera. It's fast, secure, easy to use and has nice features.

Sometimes Netscape if a site doesn't work with Opera (extremely rare, but it does happen sometimes).
