Unfortunately, I have to agree...this is a pointless thread.
This is taken directly from the website.
"If you want to become a moderator, then please start by assisting new users on the website and behaving in a responsible manner. We will then chat to you to see if we can consider you. We rule out anyone who approaches us constantly about becoming a moderator (ie pestering the admins!) "
Posting a thread and voting is not the way to get attention for anyone, in fact, it is just negative attention. Although I am not a mod, I can tell you, follow the above text, and you will be considered.
