Right my suggestion is msg him and ask when he wants to finish games if he says no the score already played stands.

Flumps u msg him to just saying u could do with him playing cause its so close or something mate.

If the_thing doesn't finish, I'd give the 8-3 win to Chrom.

Flumps - best sort him out. If he doesn't want to play UK, you have a problem each week. You must do what is best for your clan here, so sort things out with him, or replace him.
