ok this ones good ill answer questions but im never telling the answer

a man recieves a letter, once he reads it he has his arm amputated, sends it to a group of men, who bury the arm and go home satisfied. youve got to try and work out a logical explanation for this

if you know already dont spoil it, even by hinting, or asking the right questions for them ok?
