if a player from a clan deactivates and comes back with a new name they are classed as a new player and can continue in the same clan in the next set of fixtures, surely thats classed as leaving then returning.
no_talking aint transfering, hes returning to the clan he started the season with, whats the difference

1.9 Replacing players that leave the clan
At any time, a clan captain may remove a player from their clan and/or replace a player that has left the clan with any free agent, subject to quarantine according to Rule 1.7. Any player that leaves or is removed from a clan after the season has started cannot take any further part in that season for any clan under Rule 1.4.

1.4 Player transfers
Player transfer during seasons are not allowed. Between each season there is a transfer window during which players may move to other clans. The exception to this is if a captain releases a player after the transfer window closes, but before the season starts - in this case that player is considered a free agent.

That is the situation with no_talking and mewtwo,

they cant take any further part for any clan under rule 1.4,
im just saying, rule 1.4 states they cant transfer, no_talking and mewtwo are not transfering, they are returning.

For a start the no_talking situation happened days if not week or so ago so leave it alone.

In fact neither plyer played a gme if memory serves me right so technically they are new

As alan states they are returning so there isnt a problem
