There isn't anything wrong with a new country hosting it, but qatar being so rich and having such a high income (easily enough to be able to pay off anyone)
But there are other countries with a longer history of football who haven't had a fair chance to host it, yet a country gets to host it simply because of the amount of money it has? could the world cup not be more about the football, and not the money?

Qatar has its problems, which when the world cup comes round can raise ethical questions (which may seem not really related to football, but when all the fans and teams travel there it will)
including: domestic violence issues and the lack of rights for women, sexual crimes involving women and children are on the increase and human trafficking issues

answer me this.. if england had the money qatar had and bribed fifa and won the right to host the world cup do u think u would be complaining then?
