why have 6 and 4 when you can have 5 and 5? thats the flaw

may have to do something to determine who goes in division 1 to make it equal

or if this can be decided, it should be done randomly for the first season, then after that new clans join at the bottom

What's the ideas on rules for captaincy dextr, tinie, bulldog??
I think as FBL is only 2nd season old we should accept players with a season of FCL or FBL under their belt.

Must have 1 season of FCL or FBL at the moment until the league has completed 4 seasons then the rule will be a full season of FBL to captain.
