Have you tried different windows disks?
Your disk may be faulty, because the linux disk does.
Or am i reading it wrong?

''Wont boot into any windows disk?

Go into the BIOS from booting and select your boot setup so it boots of your CD Drive before finding a floppy and a HDD. Then bash out f7 on the boot sector and you can play your disk through that menu.
