Regarding the deadlines..saying like fixture 1.. is it 24/07/11 midnight that has just happened or are we talking 23:59hrs on the 24/07/11 always wasnt to sure on this ?

yeah its always been called Sunday Midnight, technically its Sunday 23:59 but its called Sunday Midnight, runners can give leeway until the following morning should they be not available to close at midnight.

that would be the only way to solve this.

a friend told me exact same thing that no matter who gets the teamlists then people CAN cheat its only nature to think that but without that person getting the lists then how do you post matches etc.

But it makes it more 'fair', I mean.. we would all love to receive our opponent's team list before the fixtures then match-up the players together. Two people do fixtures, One does the other fixture 'decider's' team, and the same for the Second fixture 'decider'

say for instance the way potty did it, the person she entrusted to do it, then gave her the teamlists, even after deadline she could simply mix and match, i know she wouldn't but its only an example.

this person would also know how to work the website and input matches themselves, then and only then would it reduce.

Team list for shooters:

blackjack
doubted

Team list for Cobras:

kev04
liam__scfc
dvz
podgoricanin
(4 more players)

That is how the captains send them to kev or dgeneratio.

Then they are posted in the exact order that they were sent. This ensures no 'mixing and matching'.

For example:

shooters vs cobras

blackjack vs kev
doubted vs liam_scfc

you get the point

thats how its done anyway.

but people tend to send them early and sometimes make changes

dont like were this is going or the implications

why not just ask kev to send a team capt .... his team

early then post teams selected on threads

i dont like posting teamlists on threads, when i see others do it i try to get them to edit their post, i know its their choice but posting teamlists on the forum will do more harm than good.
