Happens often, says it's connected and such, any viruses that do this? i've looked up every process running in task manager that i don't know, done scans with bitdefender, heh nothin there. prolly just normal bad internet, but could it be anything else?

most likely a poor wireless signal, does it show at the bottom right your signal strength if your using windows 7? its the 5 bars getting bigger at the bottom right on the system tray, how many are lit up white?

Also, if your on MAC OS, its at the top right like a radio wave getting bigger, how many bars are shaded in white?

What router are you using? this could be the cause of the poor signal.

Firewall? Try disabling your antivirus firewall for a bit...then connect to the int...

or try turning off the router and then back on again

haha haven't been having problems, but usually I get the full four bars of signal on my XP system, i got bell, using d-link
