Shouldn't it be 2012 now?

As far as I know copyright applies to the year that whatever is being copyrighted was made/produced and copyrighted, not the year that it is at the moment. The thing at the bottom of this page I suspect applies to the site layout which was changed in 2011 so I think it is correct. Happy for Nick to tell me otherwise though.

But if I took a photo in 2010 and copyrighted it, it stats copyright rapid_pot 2010, the year I put the copyright in place.

Most other sites are copyrighted with the current year, even though they aren't updated regularly
