Seeing as the other unaffiliated league isn't taking off, I would like to trial my idea of killer pairs from teams of 3.

Because this is a trial, I want it up and running as soon as possible to get it finished in time to discuss possibilities of incorporating this into official clan league for next season obviously not my decision though) and so this will be open to the first 8 teams of 3 only.

FORMAT

LEAGUE, play each team once, 2 vs 2 (if all 3 from both teams are on, a 3x3 may be played if both teams agree)

Scoring,

1st 5 points
2nd 3 points
3rd 1 point
nothing for 4th (5th or 6th)

At end of season top team wins the shield.

Trophy will then continue;

1st will then play 4th place
2nd vs 3rd in semi finals

then winner of each semi in the final, however, these games must be 3 x 3, and if only 2 turn up at allocated time, game must commence as a 2 vs 3 and will be a straight knockout, player who wins, wins it for that team. (no points necessary)

Teams,

for now I would like to ask that it be 3 players from the same clan, all who are usually available 10pm-midnight Friday - Sunday with a look at starting matches at 10pm

Fixtures,

there will be no need for fixtures, (play whoever as long as you play each team just once), as everyone will hopefully be on at the same time, and hopefully multiple games will get played each night.

I will do a website when we get 8 teams of 3

- available most Friday Saturday sundays between 10pm and midnight.

- only put names down if all 3 players have all ready agreed or names will be removed.

- Capped to 8 teams no matter how much interest, ONLY A TRIAL.

I'd like to, but I don't fit the schedule, I play mostly daytime and evening, and most of that weekdays. gl though

I know mate. . but if it gets up and running propperly there will be no restrictions. this is just to see how plausible it is

If it wasn't 3 from the same clan, you'd just get the three best players together, and they'd dominate. The only downside to this, is that it means the same clans that win the league, will more than likely win this

after discussing this with a few people, a clan affiliated FKL probably wouldn't work under this format, however, if this proves successful, I will continue it, but because of this, I will lift the embargo on ~ 3 players from the same clan.

~ need reliable players that can play at 10pm fri-sun (all who agree themselves).......
