4-1-2-1-2 is another way of saying 4-4-2 diamond, it's a common formation that's been used for many many years in many famous teams. You'd think a football coach worth his salt would of at least heard of it

Liverpool used it to beat Sunderland in March, there's an example for you. Coutinho I played the tip of the diamond and Gerrard was holding midfield

4 midfielders in diamond 4-4-2 (RM/RCM AMC DMC LM/LCM)

You's can have your debate about England all you want but it's gonna make very little difference.

We are a crap nation, a crap team and the players stand for everything that i think is wrong in football. We won't make it past the group stage realistically and i will be supporting foreign teams.

We need natural width to get behind them
