I shall start us off:

The Revolution is a bit like Newcastle United- some glimpses of brilliance but occasionally struggling to stay afloat...

Fearless Knights- i saw Ashes teamlist yesterday- amazing bunch of very good players but somehow is still always fourth-fifth. Arsenal springs to mind.

Please lads, its ment as a friendly thread, lets try to keep it this way

Unbeatables - Arsenal of Old: Many good players, especially the Thierry Henry on the site but always that sinister capability to handle on the goal line to achieve a result. Usually helps to have a strong defence or just the George Graham running the Leagues.

Chips n Gravy - Liverpool: Massive potential if can keep all players compos mentis or interested. A few drunks on the team but still able to pull out a great result or two or three. Never seen the dancing but whatever you do don't mention Kolo Toure, that being said some decent quality and with a few additions could be very resolute next season. If still around.

Uprising are in a league of its own. Albanian Goat Mafia
Always to be feared. Hard to pick a footie club here.... Maybe a bit like ManU- few years ago were on the top, now fighting for second-third place? Or like Ajax, always on top on their own league?

Pros - Chelsea/City (Formed from MVP - bit like Abramovic's/Arab's money)
Uprising - A better Southampton (Steadily grown into the team they are now)
Unbeatables - Arsenal (Always been a top team and one or two signings could push them on)
Knights - Liverpool (Similar to the above really)
CnG - Spurs (Some cracking players and could do well but lack consistency)
Dynamos - West Ham (Always mid-table and steady as they go)
Revs - Everton (Got some great players and show signs they can do well but inconsistent)
FPD - Aston Villa (Scrapping to survive most seasons)
Scorpions - Stoke (A few surprises but not really challenging for alot)

Maybe we could do one where we compare Players to a specific footballer too: Like w_hoolahan for instance: David Silva

'capable to achieve a perfect result, creative with play and like a little magician on the tables. Does have his off days but still very much a team player and can carry the team on his own should a little bit of creativity or magic be required to galvanise the team.'

(just an example )

Faust - vinnie Jones - causes hassle and wreckless unnecessary tackles. Refs are somewhat fearful so gets away with murder.

Mix of vinnie and jigsaw.

The__priest - Andrea Pirlo. Long time player veteran. Looks at the big picture and thinks about the best possible shot. Consistent and always up with the top players.
