Unfortunately, there is a Title match there already, and although you currently have no challenger, you cannot play the other champion whilst they have a fixture

Austin Aries created Option C at an event called Destination X where you can cash in the X Division Title (WWE would be Intercontinental or United States) for a shot at their top belt.

You win your the top dog, you lose and the title is vacant and you go to bottom of the ladder. price you pay

very interesting... I aint going to do it yet... it seems simple enough. What I'll do, when this is rolling consistently, is put that in place. I'll offer it to the 2 champions, if they both want it, they both fight for it, and like you said, the loser loses their title and goes to the bottom, and the winner, well you get it. If only 1 wants it, then they take it, their title becomes vacant, and others battle, the other person just keeps their title. If no-one goes for it, then the next 2 best places battles it out.

I would have to ask for their decision through private message, in case one says they won't go for it, then the other will just say yes without any problems.

But that isn't going to happen just yet
