Draws are seeded by the way guys but names are random to help even out BYES. Can use below Graph to figure out your next opponent (Don't worry about BYE vs BYE, Once the game is played then will disappear and replaced automatically).

If you know your opponent you can also play it early before waiting for others to finish (sort of an increased deadline without actually being increased).

Also means #1 and #2 can't meet until the Final.
