All bannings are now permanent (previously, we banned certain players for a time period.).

If you feel you were banned incorrectly please check with the Terms of Service Page (http://www.funkypool.com/viewTerms.do). If you feel you did not break any rules you may appeal. Use the contact us page - give your username, and why you feel you were banned incorrectly).

You can choose to create a second player. We will allow this; however this player is already considered to be on a warning. This player could be banned immediately for:
- repeating the same offence as before (eg cheating or swearing)
- using the second user as a means to get the first user unbanned (eg asking / harassing admins or moderators to unban the user, complaining in the chat rooms or the forum)

NOTE: The only means of getting a player unbanned is through the contact us form - any other attempt is breaking the rules and hence will lead to the second player being banned.

If you signup a third or higher username within two weeks of the last ban then we will ban this user immediately (without this user committing an offence). This is to ensure bannings work as a punishment to persistently offending users.
