if this is the case then my fcl and fbl banned hould also not b increased as i was not playing 4 a clan league as it had not strted ..... if u say i had intent well so did they so if im punished they 2 should b if there not then niether should i

Clarification on the Situation from yesterday
Jay couldn't do anything because he had no evidence that the captain or vice knew they were signing a player banned from the league.
He has been given print screens now that prove they blatantly did and the excuse to not punish now is that the league hasn't started yet?!
Come off it, if the player hadn't decided to try and get in somewhere else they would have played him all season and you know it, it's even written in one of the messages!
and no ironhide is not the same player so we're not doing the same thing Jay.

Completely agree with this Jay.. He shouldn't have his ban increased if he didnt play, and if you increase under the pretence he had intended to play then the sinners need to be punished also.

as far as i know is only me and craig that knows , we havent told anyone so would only be someone that knows you . we wouldnt never give anyones details to anyone if we had been asked not to .

as far as i know is only me and craig that knows , we havent told anyone so would only be someone that knows you . we wouldnt never give anyones details to anyone if we had been asked not to .

1. Lee i never said you were doing the same thing, i said if it is that player then you would be as that player has been named as the person in question.
2. Again i state that Sinners are not an official league team and no action will be taken, if they were an official league team then i would need to take action.
3. Shadows, you happily took your first ban on a previous account only to deactivate and then re enter the league under a different name on two occasions. It is not you who decides what kind of ban you get, i will consider lowering it just to the one season though (as you did complete a full season to my knowledge as banned - from a two season ban)
4. You can all whine and moan as much as you want but at this moment in time i have dealt with the people in question and spoke to them. If you have anything to say then offline message me and i will get back to you unless i see the same old rubbish that i am being biased and what ever else as it is common knowledge i do not get on with Sarah anymore and im sure she would clarify that.
Now i lead a busy life just now so i need to go off for a bit, Lee as stated the schedule was posted a few pages back and it does include when the friendlies start also. If you can't find it then i will re-post it later when i can get hold of my copy of it

Less than 9 or 10 clans = Yes
10 clans + =No
Why? Because having less than 5 teams in a division is shocking, if there were 9 clans or something make it into one division and everyone plays eachother one.. if there is enough for 5 teams per division then keep as two.

i use to be in favour of 2 divisions but the way things have been going am more in favour of 1 division..everyone plays eachother the once then after that has happened split the league into 2 for the league winners then like a plate for the bottom half of the original league

I have just looked at the sign ups and some recent going ons in some team threads, currently there is eleven clans signed up for next season, i have some doubts about The Mafia due to them losing their captain but i think a new one has been appointed.
I personally don't like the split league idea as stated before as again it makes just even more work needed to be done, never been a fan of it with the SPL either, i don't think it would work well on here but you never know really.

I found the schedule, before anyone asks the PS stands for Pre Season as i did not want to take a new line. This schedule also has an extra week added on to it during the christmas fixture.
Schedule will change a little bit in terms of fixtures if i do make the league one division. The FBL schedule also fits into this but everything is a week later except for the first few things as it will need to be rushed so the teams are not waiting even longer for the new seasons.

30th September 2012 - Admin + PS (Teamsheets)
7th October 2012 - Pre Season
14th October 2012 -
21st October 2012 - Admin Work (Teamsheets)
28th October 2012 - Fixture Set One

That shows pre season as starting on the 7th and ending on the 21st of the same month which is two weeks.
It was also FBL that had the one week pre season when Sarah started running the league not the FCL.

Could be a blessing really, rather than have it happen during the season at least they've got time to get a stable captain in now.
