I asked a few members and they seem to be getting the same problem every so often. Sometimes Chrome can't find funkypool.com (I've not tried with snooker). But then it works completely fine over on IE, shown in this picture.

Cleared my cache, cookies, history... all of that stuff. I can't figure out why it's doing it?
Anyone else got any input on the situation or happening to you too?

I was unable to open the game window a few hours ago, turned out it was due to a Java update that wasn't working for Chrome, could be that? Reinstalled Java and everything's okey dokey now.

I couldn't open pool on the browser earlier (Chrome), game window was fine, all other websites were fine (including snooker), and had a message I'd not seen before. Then it started working on its own.

I screen-shotted it aswell, I'll try find it then stick it up

You can access the website without Java installed at all, so I don't think it's that.

That's what happens with me too. I just have to give it 10 minutes or so.

Happened to me too, 3 times tonight, I tried the snooker site and that were fine. I wonder if it's time to change my default browser back to Mozilla Firefox? Does anyone have any issues with Firefox?

All I kept getting were 'oops, cannot find url', gave me the option to open a cache copy, strangely that allowed me access.

It's just done it again, it's a confliction with google chrome, works on in IE.

I have successfully played recently using both IE and Chrome.
The problems you are experiencing are most likely due to the recent java update.

Please see this link for more details on how to resolve this issue: http://www.funkypool.com/help#playing_problems

Java wouldn't affect how the page loads though as I don't think Java is used in the forum etc.. Even without Java installed this wouldn't happen when you open the game window.

Maybe give your system a clean as it could be bunged up with crap from daily use, try using CCleaner.

Whoever is having problems with this PLEASE follow these instructions!

Firstly, make sure your Java is the MOST UPDATED! To check, please use this website:
http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Once you have checked that, if it is not the most updated, it will prompt you to update it. Once updated, you should be able to play again. MAKE SURE YOU ARE RUNNING THE MOST UPDATED JAVA!

Once again, this is not a Java issue to my understanding. Just to rule this out I have installed the latest Java, the most updated freshest, shiniest squeeky cleanest Java there is. Still did not solve my problem and this still occurs daily.
