Seb his isn't football lol unless Mourinho as a clan lol.
The sub rule was brought in (as i said but you ignored) to get games done EG if people arn't online the same time, or if its too close to deadline. Not for picking and choosing who plays what game which is happening alot.
Also if teams put in there top 8 every game the other 8 or so will be bored and leave which would be good as there will be mre players.

Please tell me this is not about my sub vs ballbreakers? (Probably)

I were probably making this sub from the day the fixtures came out regardless of the scoreline in order to utilize more players on the TEAM.

IF you would like a copy of my original message to ooo_u_tap_2, leave a message with my secretary and I'm sure I can get you a copy!

I have no intention of looking at messages between you and tap lol. That match is one of the games but Ashley its not all about you
And anyways you said it was tactical yourself on your thread, which is better than most clans that do it which just lie ad say it isn't.
Also why do you tend to edit your posts? lol

Zac go play your silly little games with someone who is happy to participate, I said it could be seen to be tactical but the initial sub were arranged from day 1 of the fixture.

I suggest you change your opticians mate. You only seem to see what you want to see.

This is the discussion thread ash not the pointlessly have a go at people thread.
I am not playing little games I am merely saying that I don't like tactical subbing is there a way to stop or minimalise it?
Also i beleive it was tactical as you asked beth not to play her game, which obviously if it wern't you wouldn't of asked her not to play and then posted something like when i tell people not to play games don't play or whatever you most likely edited the post anyways.
Anyways not looking for an arguement, just feel that as a person I should be allowed to have my opinions? That Ok Ash?
Sorry everyone else

Subs have been here for as long as I've played in clans, which is a couple of years now. I simply dont understand why you would be annoyed by someone subbing in a player that's in their clan and couldve been in the fixture anyway. He's part of their team, so he can play.

Exactly Seb, if you can't utilize your whole team using strategy in order to get a win over your opponents then really what is the point?

The only thing you can't do is match up opponents (meaning swapping them around after the fixtures come out).

Seb I believe (dont quote me though) that in fcl (i know this is fbl ) people have been given warnings for doing tactical subs. Hence why I thought it was against the rules originally.
All I asking for is it against the rules. As I thought thats subs were only allowed to combat difficulty to get a game played.

As I say if I'm wrong then fair enough but I'm almsot sure i remember something.
But yeah there isn't anything in the rules. I looked before asking.

There has been no official league warnings handed out for apparent tactical subs, at least while i been the head runner anyway. I have questioned tactical subs in the FCL though if that is what you mean.

IF it aids your team to win then you will do whatever you can within the premise of the rules to do it, Changing all the fixtures in your favour is wrong but surely a couple isn't?

It doesn't take a genius to want to swap this example

krazyash_07 vs lethal_lures

(Available subs/switches: berzerk, davybaumers, ooo_u_tap_2, darrren9030)

* Those listed above I feel are better players than myself, IF the team can benefit from a closer scoreline regardless whether they lose then every frame counts, I wouldn't hesitate to make that switch, that to me is NOT a tactical switch it's a COMMON sense one.

Missing the fundamental flaw of any format consisting of simply amassing as many points as possible across the season. If those players are better than you, and are available during the fixture, then they would always play ahead of you. No subbing or swapping necessary.

Why would they? I think you are missing the point too, if we picked them at random then anyone could end up against their best player. What I'm trying to say is if a sub can be used as a positive towards your team then using common sense you would use it, if not then ur delusional.

But you can only go with your best 8 available players in every game if you want to do the best across the season. The team you are playing against or who each player is playing against is irrelevant.

Yeah I agree to certain extent but aren't you better off not playing your best 8 in the initial fixture? Simply meaning come deadline day anyone can sub in and whoooh hang on all the best players are available lol. I don't mean all 8 fixtures but to save your 'best' till latstis probably the best strategy any team can use, esp if comes down to crunch time, 1 fixture for the win?

What do you think chris?

No - because if any of them don't play you are potentially reducing the score your team can achieve across the season - and that is the only thing that matters.

Which by the way I don't think is a good idea - you should be encouraging all teams to give as many of their players as many games as possible.

If fixtures were based over a 1 week period then yeah I'd agree but saving your best player till the 2nd week of any fixture surely would benefit your team more, playing your best would probably but not necessarily record a greater scoreline than the original player (more likely) from week 1, so the team as a whole would benefit more with a higher scoreline.
