I feel sorry for Reading, delighted for Birmingham as i like Lee Clark. Blackpool survive wow they were lucky, don't think Barry Fergusons ready be a manager yet IMO.

So Playoffs:

Thursday:
Derby vs Brighton -

Friday
Wigan vs QPR -

Who will win, IF I were a betting person the team who usually finishes 5th or 6th wins the Playofffs - so I would go with Brighton.

But dont write off Derby as I said on the Premier League chat.

I want Derby to win.
As then Leicester and Derby will be in the prem and Forrest wouldn't even be in the play offs LOL.

As a Derby fan, yes i would love to see them win the play offs. I certainly think they'll beat Brighton but will be a tough one in the final. Not really sure I want Derby to go up this season. Think they need another season to consolidate their strength before making a real push.

Yeah but will upset Forrest
Unsure how Leicester will cope in premier league. I do think alot are premier league quality, we defiantly need a new LB and maybe a RB to cover De leat if he gets injured.
Think midfield is strong and we did score alot in championship...

Derby QPR final is probably the one everyone expects. QPR probably have the funds to go into the prem but not the squad.

I wouldn't mind seeing Derby go back up, but only to see Will Hughes do well.

A lot of teams that go up into the prem with a good scoring record think they'll do well, not always the case. Leicester have a decent defensive record (3rd in Championsip), but will probably need a few good signings as all newly promoted teams do.

Moving on to Derby's 1st leg semi final, thought we played poor but defended reasonably well and Grant was on top form. You learn in football that if you want to get anywhere you need to be able to grind out results even when not playing very well which is what we did. Bring on the 2nd leg tomorrow, should be a cracking game and a great atmosphere seen as we can actually sell out our stadium unlike Brighton and Wigan. Hope we pull through and reach Wembley, looking forward to a day out in London if we do

Derby vs QPR in the Playoff Final - my prediction:

McClaren vs Redknapp - it has to happen.

Just hope Derby haven't spent up with todays match, as in scoring all their goals in 1 match. They were brilliant today but Brighton equally as woeful.

Im kind of hoping for Wigan in the final now. If QPR make the final we get 37,249 seats however if Wigan reach the final we get another 10k seats. Would be nice to have nearly 50,000 rams fans round Wembley

True I think will be an easier match vs QPR if I'm honest, Uwe Rosler seems to get Wigan playing very well when he needs too. IF QPR fail to get promoted then Harry will leave and most probably be next manager of Newcastle United. Malky at Norwich too i reckon.

Back to playoffs what a strike force Derby have, Chris Martin, Jeff Hendrick, Patrick Bamford and that's not even including top goal scorer Bryson, wow.

Welcome back to the Championship, Johnson,Howson and Becchio.

I'd say Snodgrass as well but think he's done well enough in the Prem, for another team to come after him.

Norwich have appointed Neil Adams as permanent manager, that is not the right decision and shows a clear lack of ambition for the club.

Malky Mckay would have been ideal.
