I personally think he will probably win the Premier League within 2 seasons, he has the record and pedigree to do it as accomplished with Barca and Bayern in his first seasons.

I cant see Guadiola letting his 2 prize defenders leave - I can see Mats Hummels, Bruno Martins Indi, Joel Veltman in there defence. A few dutch midfielders including possibly Robben (If not then) Kroos. And player called Memphis Depay an upcoming very good prospect Striker.

I'd like to see Alexis Sanchez and Konoplyanka on the wings with Strootman in the centre of Midfield with Mata/Kagawa and Rooney either side.

Well he didn't really do well taking over despite all the hype, and United have a job to do in the next few seasons. RVP getting the captaincy after a poor season ahead of Rooney who carried United and is facing being put behind RVP again. Wouldn't surprise me to see him leave. Van Persie isn't gonna last many more seasons at United so that's two top strikers needing to be bought with targets already being missed.

Giggs needs to put his own stance on the team if he were to come in so it will be back to another change and no guarantee of success. It'll be back to the start of Moyes with a new approach .

Ash just to clarify, Kroos is German not Dutch

I think it's realistic to say that there will be a significant Dutch contingent at United. Unlikely to see Robben there, but Strootman, Van der Wiel... Affelay maybe?

I think the focus has to be on defence, losing Vidic, Evra and Ferdinand in one summer. Those three have been the absolute staple of Manchester United's defence for years now.

They have been the STABILITY for man united's defence for many seasons.

They do need to strengthen their defence, playing a Defensive midfielder or 2 would help in that aspect. So Strootman and Gundogan :)

Read that rubbish about Lady Yaya? IF true that is soooo pathetic and petty.

They'll never get Gundogan, Dortmund class him as one of their most prize assets. Unless that is United are willing overspend on a player like they did with Fellani.

I heard they want Reus, but he made negative comments about Gotze and Lewandowski moving so I can't see him leaving Dortmund.

Robben won't go, would be an awful move at this stage of his career and he's pretty much going to win things staying at Munich.

Van Der Wiel might go, but he'll be sorted for Champions League football if he stays at PSG. Strootman I can see moving, but it'd take big money.

Hummels would be a good buy but still makes mistakes, and might be big money. Martins Indi and Veltman both would go but not proven in the prem or a big league.

Konoplyanka will go to a CL club (Liverpool I think), Sanchez is a good addition and could be tempted, Affellay could go but I don't think he's that good.

Kroos is a top top player, it's possible he'll go if he feels ousted from Bayern. Personally i'd have him at Liverpool in a heartbeat and i'd be gutted for United to get him.

It would be silly to suggest there won't be more of a Dutch influence on United next season, but I don't think they'll get anyone established for cheap and they'll miss out on a few targets

Have to agree with most of the above, can see Shaw and Fabregas there instead come to think about it. Sanchez and Konoplyanka at United would be awesome to see. I'd like to see James Rodriguez there instead, especially with Monaco sacking Ranieri after 2 years.

Benzema and Aurier to join Arsenal

Liverpool to sign Lallana, Lovren and they will try get Sanchez too.

Chelsea, they will hijack Eliaquim Mangala's move to Man City and probably sell Eden Hazard for Angel Maria. All quiet on the Alvaro Perreira move from Porto but could be back on.

Reus wont go yet, probably in 1 more seasons time, as for kroos going Liverpool no chance, they dont need him, even tho 20 times better than Jim Henderson.

Neil Lennon leaves Celtic: Where will he manage next - My bet would be Tottenham

He's won everything in Scotland and with Rangers not even in the same League then pretty boring tbh.

I know this is not premier league related, but I thought worth a mention.

Marc Ander-Ter Stegen to Barcelona, I think it is one best buys in a long time. At 21 (i think) he is young, and already been capped by Germany, the new Neuer? Possibly.

He is in my top 3 young goalkeepers, Stegen, De Gea & Courtois.

I would have liked him to have been signed by liverpool when we were scouting him 2 seasons ago, understudy to Reina for a few years, then unleash him on the prem for 10/15 years.

But just like the rest of the people who we scout, and we don't buy, they usually turn out to be world class.

Just cast your mind back to 2008/09, we were offered David Villa and David Silva, by Valencia for a combined £40m, we said no thanks...

Dont think he will go to Tottenham, he aint done enough to warrant a job that big, Yeah he has won Scottish titles and what ? considering the quality of the game in Scotland he is not much better than a Championship manager, maybe he will go to one of the clubs that was relegated last season ?

He must have a job with high stature, why leave a Team already qualified for the Champions League for a club relegated. Doesn't add up to me mate, he's been tapped up probably. Tottenham are a good team and with some proper managing and fresh players added to the nucleus they have already, he can get them in the Champions League within 2/3 seasons. (IF Mr Levy allows him too of course), maybe he doesn't appreciate the Xmas gifts he gets lol.
