Also just watched Beterbiev's fight, didn't even know he was on lol, another KO, the guy was a decent slick southpaw who moved a bit, gave him a bit of work which was good, but honestly I don't see many outside the top 3 giving him ANY problems, I think Shuminov would be a good next fight for him, then maybe Fonfara, Pascal, then ya boii Kovalev!

Yeah that would be a great fight Lara vs GGG, Golovkin IMo is unstoppable, I haven't really seen anyone who I think could stop him. Beterbiev is gonna be huge - he knocks his opponents out for fun and is vicious and that's being polite.

Shuminov, that's another great fight which could be an epic, can't wait to see Kavalev fight again - he's brilliant.

Paul Smith vs Andre Ward, Froch couldn't beat Ward no way can I see Smith doing it.

I don't like Broner as mighty arrogant but I think he'll beat Porter for some reason.

Lemieux for me will beat the veteran N'dam KO 32 coming up.

Barthomley will win tonight too then set up next fight vs Broner.

LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!

Yeah I got Broner UD, I'm not counting Porter out, if Broner comes in with that stiff stance there's a chance Porter could overwhelm him but I think Broner knows what he has to do here, the Porter puzzle isn't hard to solve in the end, he's powerful, explosive, strong but sloppy and lacks technique. I just don't see him doing what Maidana did, Maidana is bigger, stronger, more composed and a better inside fighter, and tbh caught a non focused Broner off guard. I don't think Broner is gonna make the same mistake, he looks like he's been training hard and I just see him having more hunger in this, he has more to lose than Porter, he knows what he has to do, Broner UD.

Yeah I'm gonna go with Lemieux by KO, N,Dam is the better boxer and moves great but doesn't take punches too well, I see Lemieux catching him and hurting him, whoever wins this should land a shot at GGG.

I think Ward vs Smith is a mismatch tbh. Smith knows his only chance is to slug it out on the inside and hope to hurt Ward, as he obviously isn't gonna outbox him on the outside, but I still like Ward a lot more inside, I think Smith could get seriously hurt in this, 6-7th round stoppage for Ward.

Yeah I fancy a fresher crisper Barthelemy over DeMarco although DeMarco is experienced and I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled it off.

Also Errol Spence is fighting, I can't wait to see him mixing it up at the top in the near future

Yeah so we agree on them all, nice. See Smith 4 pounds over, jeez how lol. Catch weight 172 comes in at 176, that's very unprofessional.

Lemieux vs Golovkin, wow - that would be some fight. Very difficult to choose a winner, both KO specialists, have to stick with Golovkin though, accuracy and power.

Yeah haha ah well if you're gonna come in overweight may as well do it properly haha, he's always out of shape tbh, doesn't even look like he trains haha.

Yeah GGG vs Lemieux would be a cracker, just think GGG has the better defense, better footwork and overall better skill, I don't think Lemieux has the chin or durability to outlast GGG. Like many other opponents, I think as soon as he feels the power he will be reluctant to engage. I think we'd see a bit more defense and head movement from GGG, but when I look at it I just feel GGG will handle Lemieux's power better than Lemieux would handle GGG's power.

Damn terrible from Broner, honestly expected more than that, he didn't even look like he was bothered about winning, no fire in him at all, just happy to plod along and lose, think he seriously needs to re-evaluate his career after this, no point in continuing if he's gonna come out like that.

Lemieux looked beastly, what a fighter, can't wait for him vs GGG to be made, think he has the power to hurt GGG maybe.

Ward looked fresh as ever, would not imagine he'd had a two year lay off if this was my first time watching boxing lol, Smith was poor though.

Good night of boxing

Errol Spence was brilliant, got caught a bit at the beginning then his boxing skills and ability shone. Really like the look of him, similar mannerisms to Chris Eubank Jnr.

Adrien Broner were abysmal, was almost like was on another planet, his coach proper ripping into him and still his work rate remained at 10%, caught Porter nice in the 12th but was way too late by then. Disappointing here, wasn't too impressed with Porter neither but at least he boxed a bit.

Andre Ward just oozed clinical skills and presence onnthe ring, Paul Smith I don't think actually caught him, Ward was a class above and fully deserved the win.

Broner ruined a great evening of boxing Imo but Lemieux and Spence were awesome. Really like the look of them, enjoyed listening to Brook and Macklin in the studio for once too lol.

Yeah I been saying a while now that Spence is a future star. his inside work is great, doesn't surprise me he got caught as he likes to mix it up a bit, but he has solid skills and can fight outside too.

Yeah tbh I think the way Broner was kinda flattered Porter a bit, yeah Porter fought the right strategy but tbh his work wasn't too clean, he didn't beat Broner up like Maidana did, he just out worked him. he's still a top WW but wouldn't belong in there with the likes of Mayweather or Pacquiao.

Totally agree with you Lewis mate, Shawn Porter wasn't much better himself tbh. He kept getting close to Broner to restrict him from catching him or loading up (if he bothered to apply any effort lol) they ended up spending every round in a hug instead

It was a dire fight and IF I had paid to watch that I'd demand a refund lol.

No way would either of them deserve to be in the same ring as a Mayweather or Pacquiao, wouldn't even offer them Khan and i'm not a huge Amir Khan fan. Kell Brook or Keith Thurman have to be Mayweathers next opponent or it's a travesty for boxing.

Yeah he's apparently looking for an easier fight to lead up to his 50th but I've heard names such as Berto and Mayfield which is kind of going a little bit far into the easy zone for me lmao. I'd hope for him to at least fight a top 10 ranked opponent.

Even if he doesn't want the tougher fights like Thurman and Brook, or even Khan, there are still loads of guys much more worthy of a shot at him than Berto or Mayfield.

The winner of Bradley vs Vargas, Porter, Chaves damn even Malignaggi, even go down a weight class and there's still guys like Garcia, Matthysse, Provodnikov, Peterson, Herrera, all those guys are much more worthy opponents than Berto or Mayfield.

I'm hoping it's just rumours tbh lol I'd lose a bit of respect if he took on Berto or Mayfield over those guys.

Klitschko for me, Fury is not good enough. He'll no doubt run his mouth and proper windup his opponent then feel the force of the jab along with a few solid rights.

Klitschko is a quality boxer, the clue there, boxer. He doesn't need to run his mouth off. Mouthing off can be a sign of weakness, unless you is Casius

It's a good fight but I'd go with Wlad, more experienced, sharper, better technique and just more composed I feel. I feel Fury has been somewhat flattered by the smaller opponents he's faced. He still has a few bad habits such as leaning back and dropping the guard, that stuff will not work against Wlad so he's gonna have to do something different. I think Fury is very underrated in this though, he's a live wire, Wlad's worst nightmare, so it will be a good fight. I just see Wlad doing the cleaner work and been more effective in there. Plus Tyson has never faced a puncher like Wlad, he's been dropped by guys who aren't even big punchers, I don't know how he will take Wlad's power tbh.

Too early for Wlad I think, keep building him up and I think in a few years he'll be ready for that fight.
