sort of, you can ask them if they want to be a part of the staff when they retire but it's generally their decision

Yep some players decide to be coaches or scouts after they retire as players. For example i have Ronaldinho and Vidic as coaches on my Inter Milan's save.

I must of spent about a year actual game time on all them starting from 2007. I had 4 months on 2012 alone

Back when I was 17 and in my first flat, me and my mate used to play it on the Amiga. We used to play it so late we used to struggle to get up for Eastenders the next day!

I saw a video yesterday of a guy who had spent two years and a half of his life playing FM. Crazy!!! Lol
