As far as i remember he is originally from Scotland but living in England. He was part of the Scotland team the last time this event took place many years ago.

There is a fair amount of USA players as well so could possibly get a team or two out of that which would be good.
Great Britain that would consist of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Just get one player from each place then random the last spot if you wanted a fifth
