People who pay premium have a right to complain. You're buying a product and not receiving what you paid for. I was premium a while ago. If you create a product it is your obligation to deliver the product the customer expects and was told. I do not think when people buy their premium they expect to have to go through loopholes to play this game. I'm not a genius but I'm pretty sure somebody could sue at least in the United States it would have done happened.

You get what you pay for...advert free gameplay. If you have issues with the site then it would be stupid to buy it, especially when you can download an ad blocker for free.

I believe it's the same in the U.K. Under Consumer rights.selling a faulty product, i would of thought it could result in some sort of compensation? Imagine if every premium member put some sort claim in?

whilst you have a valid point, FunkyPool doesnt work like that. All the options u et, are tht u either wan it or not. Personall, id LOVE someone to try and take it to trading standards or somewhere. all in vain tho, as the owner, first is a Slovak, secondly, the site is renting servers from asia, third- he doesnt giv 2 fks about this site anymore, and hasnt for a long while. so yeah, u can try but....

the only way ow to cheat the system, would e tht u make ht 10 pound transation to get premium, and as soon as it has kicked in- u just ring ur bank and ask to canel tht tansaction. and u end up wth Premium, for free.
Nick wont be about anyway to even bother,so.
thats if u rlly want prmium tho. me, personally, its too much hassle- and i know, tht them different looking cues ae the same thing, just dressed up )
