Before anyone says "get a pop up blocker" i already have, this isnt a virus either i did about 2 or 3 scans with avg spybot and windows defender, they all found nothing, im sure its some thing in my "system32" or local C: drive but im unsure, ideas please ?

EDIT: started another scan found a virus which may be itbut unsure untill i remove

Ah, think i found this now, downloaded spybot search and destroy, it found alot of viruses, sorry if i wasted your time
