New funkypool version (v1.41)

Hey, the main changes this version is an improved webserver. This should means the speed and stability of the game should be improved :)

Other changes are
- increased friend list to 20 (availale v1.40 patch 3)
- new options including option to prompt that you are about to leave the game server when closing the game window (Internet Explorer only). This option is ON by default, so people at school and work who need to close the game quickly might want to uncheck it!
- A Top Scores section has been added with the top winners listed.
- Friend and ignore list problem when removing user is fixed.

Also, tournaments may now be best of 3, best of 5 or best of 7, so expect a couple of tournament marathons on the horizon!
