Every time horse10000 writes one of his long speeches/paragraphs they are always ridiculing, criticising, badgering, disapproving how I operate.

My question is this: Where is the support? I don't get ANY from him and he's the League Runner

I would much rather be sent a few pieces/sentences of advice instead of having to be subjected and the subject on an open public forum ripping into how I and my team operate.

As for the other stuff, I totally agree with Shad, I've lost count how many times he has been told to be online a set time and the opponent fail to show or even have the courtesy to notify him. Fair enough if a player cannot make it then is it too much difficulty to let their Captain know and they pass on the information. The problem is no one is telepathic!

Faust you are so set on the past and the fact you've got such a low default record just proves not how good you are as a Captain and I'm not disputing that as your records speak for itself But what I personally have found is you're the one who tries to manipulate, force/coax opponents to sub as your players conveniently aren't going to be available, conniving (you'd lead a blind person into logging on just so you can score some points yourself). Cheated in the past which I have never done yet you have the audacity to ridicule and critique me and my ways. Hypocrisy to the highest maximum and quite frankly if you didn't have decent players you'd struggle every season to create a new team.

Yes, I certainly struggle to recruit. How many players do we have this season, and how many do you have? In fact - how many of your team have I turned down this season? I don't have it in me to brownnose to the same degree you do, but the best players are usually the types that don't like being brownnosed - and they'll always choose me first!

I'm not only on about last fixture set I mean in general and no they won't choose you first, so full of yourself. I don't brown nose as you call it with anyone, I'll let them know how good they are and how good they could be playing alongside the great array of players I already have. If that's brown nosing then oh I'm so sorry.

Yes we have a few less players but quality over quantity always will come out on top eventually. You're losing two top quality players at the end of this season clifton188 and now _niall_, I don't intend to lose any of mine so next season might be even closer. What we only lost by 2 points due to an error by myself when I snookered mysen by 1mm. Will be fun!

I mean it's not necessary as most of them are so disillusioned with what's happened to the once great team Pros they have lost all support and belief in the current turmoil and shambles which has happened since you became Captain.

Yes Pros is a 'shambles', oh wait you called Dynamos a 'shambles' as well as they lost three close games and don't get rewarded.

I don't need to poach even if i am stuck on 11 active players (hopefully 14 next set). Your doing well but your team isn't 'perfect' so you try and poach other top players from other clans trying to make league unbalanced.

I would rather take quantity over quality and if that makes me a bad captain then so be it. I don't want top players who leave because the team is weaker but we have one who stayed regardless of weaker changes.

Think about this, why is Pros in this state? because they left and i couldn't fill their boots.

Harry - Harry is by far one of the best players on here, every team would love to have him in their team. Firestorm included.

They left as you signed every Thomas, Richard and Harry (T+D+H) without even considering the possible repercussions they could have on the side. I won't speak about any individuals but you have lost a lot of decent players and it didn't help informing the side on day 1 for the new season the possibility in folding at the end of this one. Not the best courses of action, way to go on building their motivation.

Pros was always going to fold whether to do a name change or fold altogether.

Maybe i would have thought about captaining next season if...

a) Vultures stopped praying because team grew weaker and top players left
b) I admit two week to sub rule is part of it but i already made decision by then

Why lie saying i will Captain for centuries when i intended it for a season or two. It was initially a favour for Rich to keep Pros going. Part of me wishes i didn't bother and i had lots of support at start when guys criticised my captaincy.

What guys seem to forget in across both sites, i believe each clan i captained officially i made it in the top 3. Far as i know i haven't broken that record in five years. You broke it last season

To be fair James, if you'd not kept Pro's going there wouldn't be enough teams to make a clan league worth entering. I hope you run a clan next season and just change the name. One loyal kid like dvz is worth 5 top players that are clan hoppers!
