But Beenjammin hasnt been online for 4 days and has overtaken me,hows that work then? Ive not played since by the way.

It's because of the daily reduction, stops people from reaching the top of the table then never playing again!

Harsh,considering ive played games to get there where as beenjammin has done nothing for 4 days and got top spot.

But still, beenjammin's points should have reduced the same amount which should of kept toilet at the top??????

back on 770.5,lets see what position they give me tomorrow.

It's 9 ball arcade, IMO the worst game type on fpool.

If you had read this you would know

"To prevent player's simply retiring when they are top of the rankings half a point is chopped of their ranking daily.

The ranking is reduced to a residual point dependent on the maximum rank you have achieved. For every point you have scored above 750, the residual point increases by a quarter. Examples, someone who reached 950 would reduce until 800, 850 would reduce until 775, and 754 would reduce to 751."

Thats what i thought but nothing has been taken off beenjammin's rank again.

beenjammin has reached his maximum daily deduction point.

His best rank was 829.5, which is 79.5 points above 750. One quarter of that is 19.875 so I am guessing that gets rounded up meaning that the lowest he can go to is 750 plus 19.9 = 769.9

Your high was 770.5, which is 20.5 points above 750. One quarter of that is 5.125 so I am guessing that gets rounded down meaning that the lowest you would go to from the daily deduction would be 755.1 (or 755.2 if it was rounded upwards).
