A patch (v1.42_p3) has been placed online to fix these issues:
- Logging out for idle despite chatting
- Ignore PMs when competive functionality fixed
- Update the room owner
Sound problems caused a few issues, this has been altered. It is working fine for me on Java v1.1 and Java v1.5.0 update 2. Please let me know if you are still having issues, detailing your Java version here.
Additionally the sound volume has been reduced. On later versions the sound was too loud.

i was havin probs till i logged on 2day .. seems 2 b fine now tho :d didnt say nuffin just thought it was coz ovv my mac
