yes but the 2nd isnt some people get double dq as it is so the time is fine to me.

doesent sound too good because the good players will just go up in rank too much and the not so good would stop entering tournaments because they would see it as a waste of ranking points.

Yes good point, the less talented players will be losing rank for losing matches and it just boosts all the good players ranking.
Maybe have one of these tournies a week?
