Some lag is caused by the adverts that popped up a while back on the game window. I think nick managed to prevent as much lag on the server as he can. I used to have lag a LOT. Now i dont have it at all. I think maybe it is your system, although im not sure if its caused by your java.

anyway, i have lag sometimes too, but i know it isn't the site! it's when i'm either on webcam to a few people, or i have limewire running in the back

yep, it could be caused also by multiple open windows at a time or if you dowloading something too. It tends to hog your internet connection.
