Yes, everything's cancelled, then going again, then cancelled again....someone please sort it out.

i wouldnt mind having a go in a league but i dont know much about them. would it be possible for anyone to let me know the jist and when the nxt league is starting because i wouldn't mind a bash at that.

Depends who's hosting the league. The way it used to work was that you had to play other people in your league in non-ranked matches, playing first to 4, then you posted your results on here. Dunno if its changed now tho.
