I need a good FREE DVD ripping and burning program. I noticed one in the free openware section, however that just said it burns, and I want to rip to my hard drive first. Windows doesn't seem to do it, remember I'm very new to all of this, but I'm not toally stupid so don't worry too much when expaining!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Opps should of said, I don't like Nero. I'll use it if I have to but was hoping for something more simple.

Alot of the free ones are trials or only let you rip 3 dvds. There are some cheap ones on ebay for £2.50 they email the setup files to you.

I dont know if this is allowed to be said on here

But what i did was download MAGIC DVD RIPPER

It was a free trial but if you put a search in google such as.....

"how do i pay for it"

then you should find 1 and then you have the full version for free

OR

Download 1 from somewhere dodgy
(Sorry if this shouldnt be posted but i wasnt sure)

Edited to make it ok, no worriess curtis

Only just noticed this thread!

The decrypter i use is freeware and although its no longer supported, it does what it does so as long as you dont move to HD-DVD itll do what you want.
