Current table

1 Scunthorpe 15 11 30
2 Leeds 15 9 29
3 Millwall 15 4 29
4 MK Dons 15 12 28
5 Leicester 14 12 28
6 Peterborough 15 11 26
7 Oldham 15 9 25
8 Stockport 15 7 25
9 Southend 15 1 25
10 Hartlepool 15 4 23
11 Tranmere 15 2 23
12 Walsall 14 2 21
13 Bristol Rovers 15 5 20
14 Brighton 15 0 19
15 Northampton 14 0 17
16 Huddersfield 15 -6 17
17 Swindon 14 -4 16
18 Colchester 14 -2 15
19 Yeovil 14 -8 15
20 Carlisle 15 -10 14
21 Leyton Orient 15 -11 13
22 Cheltenham 15 -18 11
23 Crewe 15 -15 9
24 Hereford 15 -15 9

Looking tight at the top off the table with two big named teams fighting it out, leeds and millwall. My moneys on crewe going down not having any luck at the moment, they havent spent any money on decent players and they always sell talented players on to bigger clubs once they hit a bit of form, it was just a matter of time before they went back down... MK Dons have had a good start to the league!

i think leeds are hot favourites for automatic as well as leicester, and i wouldnt rule out oldham, theyve hit some bad form but i think theyve got some quality

Massive Leyton Orient fan, Leicester put the manners on us today, nothing shameful about that though! Gonna struggle to stay up this season, having a disastrous run at the moment, always losing to the (very) few teams below us doesn't help!

Still, we're gonna beat Sheffield United in the FA cup tuesday and go on and win it

I know nobody cares but Leyton Orient sacked their manager today...I'm a little disappointed to be honest, a former player, he brought us from struggling badly in League 2 to some decent positions in League 1...led League 1 for 20 odd games 2 seasons ago, had me dreaming all sorts! I suppose it was the right time for him to go though...5 straight league defeats, 4th bottom, and hammered in the FA cup speaks volumes. Hope we can bring in someone half decent who can keep us up...really don't fancy another exiled stint in League 2

UPDATED TABLE

Come on the mighty Crewe

Leicester in form team at the moment only dropping two points in the last 6 games. I still believe MK Dons and Millwall are in for a strong finish to the end off the season. Good stuff to watch

Leicester are as good as up I reckon, class apart in this league. As for the other 3, well you can never rule out Leeds, and I think they may go up through playoffs to avenge last years disappointment...for the other automatic place, I'll begrudgingly say Millwall (even though they are complete scum!)

WHAT A RESULT

Niall i bet you liked that game

Anyway this was the brief game below with team selection, big crowd at the game with an impressive 8000 people watching the mighty Leyton.

I heard a rumour that Chadwick might be going back to the premier league____big money offers?

MK Dons 1-2 Leyton Orient
Jamie Jones saved a last-minute penalty as Leyton Orient secured an impressive 2-1 victory at MK Dons.

The hosts took an early lead when Aaron Wilbraham sent Luke Chadwick clear to find the net on 19 minutes.

But Dean Morgan levelled before the break, firing past Willy Gueret from JJ Melligan's free-kick.

Stephen Purches put Orient ahead from 25-yards before Sam Baldock saw his last-minute penalty saved by rookie keeper Jones.

To say I liked that game is a massive understatement, it's about time we got a bit of luck, when I heard they got a last minute penalty I was saying to myself Southend all over again, but absolutely delighted for the young keeper to save it!

I hope MK Dons miss out on promotion by 1 point

Niall if Cheltenham and Hereford wasnt so bad i would be a nervous Orient Fan

Come on Crewe strong finish for another season in League one

Leicester City captain Matt Oakley wins the League One player of the month award for January. Big game on the 28th the Dons take on Leicester at home, this could decide what happens for the title.

I'm a nervous Orient fan because of the teams ahead of us, not below ...Brighton lost last night which was a great result for us, massive six-pointer against Crewe now this weekend , desperately need a win (could say the same for both teams, hence the six-pointer ).
