Hi,

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 and I have got a white screen showing "JVM ERROR 102".

I have searched the internet and has been useless.

I'm hoping someone could help as the phone is stuck on this message.

A workmate had exactly the same error message on his Curve, and this procedure from the blackberry forums worked on his one :

That let us make a current backup of all contacts etc then went for a full reset to ensure the problem was gone. Dunno if it will work with the 9700 but f you get as far as finding out the file, chances are the software is identical.

Yeah I'm already using the JL_Cmder to wipe the Blackberry, and now using Application Loader to install the appropriate software back onto the phone.
