His CB moving to Sweeper when he's attacking was his playmaker, and i'd have put the striker as the target man not the winger. Other than that and taking the offside trap off seem's a good formation for the Hammers and only a 1-0 loss to your good Wolves team. Maybe a little bit of tweaking to do and they'll move up the table.
