Most likely pancreas infection (from what you told me) i had that at 17 and it was real bad to top it off a Duodenal Ulcer decided to go at the same time so i was in bits.

You will have to keep off the sauce for a good 2 years if that is the diagnosis.

Nil by mouth for a few days and on a drip then the lovely horse sized antibiotics with anti acid (you already get em) should do the trick.
