FBL NOTICE

FBL sign ups is now open, you can add your team to the league through this link; http://www.funkypool.com/thread/18849/fbl-sign-ups/4#1585937

Deadline to sign up and complete all transfers is 27th September and deadline for team lists for Pre Seasons is 29th September 2013. Pre Season games will be drawn at random once the transfer window has closed. All clans are subject to completing 1 pre season fixture to gain entry into the league.

New/updated FBL rules will be announced during the upcoming week once all details have been finalised.

Hope you see you all in the upcoming season!

The Unbeatables B v Ballbreakers B

Please can I have teams of five for each match to populate the singles games. The Killer game can be played by any two players from either side.

The aim is to get these fixtures out by Friday night.

This is an inner clan match and should not be hard to get games played. Please . . when you are contacted by fellow team mate respond and at least give them a heads up as to when the match can be played. One of the reasons we did this was to develope some comrodary between all the team players. So PLEASE . . . lets all work as a UNIT and lets be AWESOME for the up coming season.

Super League IV

Ahead of the kick-off which should be Friday evening please see a quick reminder of the format...

Each match consists of five individual games and one Killer game.

Individual games are 12 racks (4 each of US8, UK8 and 9 Ball). One point for each rack won plus a further one point for every 'Event' achieved. An 'Event' is a Run Out or a Golden Break.

Killer games are 2 vs 2. Scoring breakdown is
1st 5pts
2nd 3pts
3rd 2 pts
4th 1pt

Players can play in both an individual and a Killer game in the same match.

Where clan have two teams, a player may only play for one of those teams during each Fixture Period. What this effectively means is that as soon as a player plays a game for a team then they are 'cup tied' to that team for the remainder of the Fixture Period.

The aim is to score more points in each match than your opponents to win the fixture.

The team winning the fixture scores 4 pts and the losing team scores 0 pts. However a losing team that scores 25 or more during the match scores one Losing Bonus point. In the event of a draw in a fixture then each team scores 2 pts.

It is these points that count in the League Table. Points won or lost during each fixture are used to separate teams otherwise level in the League Table.

There are two Groups of seven teams. The top four in each group will qualify for the Play-Offs.
