Here's the rule:
"Once a game has started between two players no substitution may normally be made. The exceptions are 1) where a player has been banned, has deactivated or has been removed from a clan - in the event of a player getting banned/deactivating or being removed then the game may be continued with a substitution from the clan whose player left; and 2) where all parties (the players and the clans directly involved) agree to a substitution being made. In either scenario there must be agreement to whether the score continues from the point the previous one was suspended or whether it starts anew from 0-0. Any agreements from both sides must be recorded in a verifiable format for the avoidance of any later dispute."

Exception 2 is absolutely clear that Keith does not have to agree to it as long as you, veyron and I all agree to the sub and continuing from 2-0. We have to assume the rules on the site are correct!
