true but the old name has experience on it i believe so that would be fine if jay agrees. main reason it got brought in for me isn't because of Jimmy's banning spree << although it makes sense but people used to make clans daily and fold them really quickly.

If it was me i would say keep your clan but until we feel you can run a clan you won't be entering the clan league, then they would be forced to join a clan for the season while they gain experience in the current clan which has to be a good thing right? If its someone who captained before then they can provide runners the information and they are satisfied then you can captain.

So doing two friendlies at the min and then pre season friendlies isn't showing he can run a clan? Getting 14 players together and messaging them with games they got to play and doing so during the current clan campaign which has 3 leagues running which makes it harder at the minute than at the end of a season isn't showing he can run a clan? If its about ability to run then he should e allowed if its about experience and you know who he is and will let him do it on one but not the other that's a tad petty he has a seasons experience and league runners have known for a while he was making a clan and planned to make it so they could have said earlier wrote everything was organised.

I didn't say Jimmy i meant in general so basically lets say Owen deactivates then claims to be Jimmy and runners let him run because they believe its Jimmy, it won't look good.

In this case with my idea Jimmy would be allowed to captain since we know who he is and we can see he can how he runs the clan, multi bans aren't a good indicator though.

If we didn't know it was Jimmy, lets say Shaun as he posted a while ago then how do you determine if he can run a clan? giving runners the information for your old account clears you to captain if the runner is satisfied it was actually Jimmy. If not then he wouldn't be eligible unless he gets some experience as no league wants newbies to run the league into the ground.

thats just an idea for when Jay sees, its not in any way a substitute for the seasons experience, if he chooses experience thats fine too.

the pro of seasons experience is it stops deactivators and makes people think, my idea (or no experience needed on Snooker) means they could deactivate anytime and still captain which in a way is wrong as we want to stop deactivators.

I don't like that you can have a reactivated account can still captain, in my view either count previous experience or even if you reactivate an old account you still need that experience as its cheating the system really and more people ask admin to reactivate just for that purpose.

Same as account age as well.

Personally a capt should have 1 season and a vc should have none. Because the vc is learning to be a capt and therefore will use that season experience to become one next season.

Maybe you need a rule change to stop these accounts either being captains or even getting straight back into the clan leagues, if they are given old accounts back after so long maybe as far as the leagues concerned they should be treated the same as new accounts, surely if someone only wants their old account back to get round the league rules the league runners have to change something.

One season to be a vice captain.

That is the rule and that is what i am sticking to. It was also stated two seasons ago that previous accounts will not count in this.

Getting your account back is one thing as i would allow that, anoneeemouse and a few are proof of this and me allowing it. It won't be changed.

I will and think of a rule to stop the loophole but as for now that is the way it stands. Any captain can arrange games its not hard.

As a result of the tie breaker in the FBL cup it has actually worked out in the leagues favour now. I have set the deadline on it for this Sunday (Same day the FCL games come out)

FCL releases the last league set and the semi final of the cup this coming weekend, as the final will be run on its own at end of season. Taking that into account i will release the semi final of the FBL cup same time as them and then the final on the same day of the FCL final.

In short the FCL and FBL will finish their total season on exactly the same day and then can be started up again roughly on the same day

I know what the rule is now, but it should be how I put it IMO.
