Aye, they should try and regulate it, like they have rules on how many nuclear bombs a country is allowed why not put rules on an important matter that can ruin anyone's morning or evening for that matter. And someone should invent a knife for buttering, bit like a card shoe at a casino, a square of butter in the top then it spreads perfectly.
