I left it late to watch the rest of the Stoke-Arsenal game; at 3:05 there was "20 minutes left". In the end I missed it, but I couldn't believe it when I looked at the score (which by that stage was a result) on teletext.

Stoke 3 (Fuller 2, 78; Whitehead 86), Arsenal 1 (Denilson 42)

Shocks in terms of respective leagues, but to be honest, could see Palace beating Wolves on the basis that Wolves don't seem that bothered for the Cup and Palace need the money from the Cup. Wolves are looking to survival from the Premiership.

The main shock is Danny Butterfield scoring a hat-trick within 7 minutes. Remember, he is a right-back who had scored only 7 goals in about 250 games before last night.

Neil Warnock, how short is his memory?

Moans at Mr Massie (the assistant referee) for giving a corner for our 2nd goal today. The same assistant that ruled Delph, who would have been through for a one-on-one, offside when he was on.

And same assistant that ruled Delfouneso offside when he was at least 3 yards on.

5 years ago, Warnock's Sheffield United beat Villa with a goal that was about 10 yards offside and the assistant missed it.

But it wasn't the officials fault that Palace didn't pick up Petrov Warnock.

Also, last round against Wolves, Palace's first goal, it was as clear as day a goal kick, Palace got a corner. Did Warnock moan, of course not, it was FOR his team.

Not sure how it is possible, but Neil Warnock has gone down in my opinions of him, a gobby idiot who just abuses officials. And he is a qualified referee himself, bet he gets a lot of decisions wrong too but he still has to have a go.

Anyway, Quarter final draw:
Chelsea v Manchester City or Stoke City
Fulham v Bolton Wanderers or Tottenham Hotspur
Portsmouth v Birmingham City
Reading or West Bromwich Albion v Crystal Palace or Aston Villa

Can't be a Reading v Villa final now Violet
