I have updated my software to 3.61 as advised and everything is exactly the same as it was.

Log in as you would normally and it will ask you to make a new password as your current one is invalid

its online :D yeah it comes off to play fifa :)

Yes, for some at the moment.

Log in as you would normally and it will notify you that your password is invalid and will advise you to change it, then you're all sorted.

Note that Playstation Store is not released yet though.

when my bro tries to get on it it says he has been sent an email with details of how to change his password he aint got any emails from them???

has anyone else had this problem?

there is a massive back log of emails that isp's cannot cope with as so many have to be sent...give it 24 hours
